• You’re not happy with the first concept mockup and do not want to continue.
• We either didn’t even start your project at all or we won’t be able to start it anytime soon.
• We are unable to finish the project in accordance with the project’s requirements.
• Within 12 hours of making payment, you want to cancel the project.

Hosting & Domain Registration

• Refunds are not available for domain registrations.
• For hosting, we guarantee 30 days moneyback guarantee if our services are disrupted and you are dissatisfied.

SEO & SMM Refunds

• If you sign up for SEO and Social Media Marketing services subscription and want a refund, you won’t be able to get a refund for the current month; instead, we’ll refund you for the remaining months if you have paid in advance.

No refund will be given if;

• If you’ve already accepted the design mockup, there will be no refund.
• If the development has already started and you want to cancel the project in between the development.
• The delays in the project are due to a lack of coordination on your part.

Delivery:

• The delivery time of domain and hosting is 24-48 hours.
• The delivery time of the project depends on the client’s requirements. Once we receive the order, we ask the client for the requirements and then provide an estimated delivery time.

Marketing Growth Packages

• Refund would be given within 24 hours of placing the order and you want to cancel.
• Refund will not be given for the current month services.
